Reservations made on-line
In order to cancel a reservation you made on-line, please log-in using the automated confirmation e-mail you got from us. On that e-mail go to the Sign-In link at the top of the page. The system will ask you to log in with your e-mail address. Once you are signed in, go to the bottom of the page where you will find a link to cancel reservations.

Reservations made by phone or e-mail
In order to cancel a reservation you made by-phone or via e-mail, please contact us the same way and we will cancel your reservation.

If you have any questions whatsoever, please don´t hesitate to contact us at anytime. We will be more than happy to assist you.

• Reservations may be cancelled, or stays shortened, up to 2 days prior to the arrival date. The booking amount will be refunded minus a $10 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations will be charged 50% of the booking amount if made within 2 days of check-in.
